Post

I was walking along downtown Toronto today and I saw a QX4 with some yellow fogs, I thought it looked pretty nice...so I want that look also..dont ask me why, I just do..

Now after doing some research, I found out that

1. I can change the lens of the fogs, as another member did on the board2. Apply Lamin - X over the lens and use the stock bulb3. Change the bulb to a yellow bulb

I want to go with option 3 but what are in you guys opinions some good "yellow" bulbs.

I have read about PIAA yellow (ION Plasma or something like that), NOKYA Yellows, HOEN high endurance, Luminics JDM yellow and Polarg

Out of all of those brands listed above, what do you guys think are the best ones in terms of color, brightness (output) and reliability, meaning it doesnt burn out after a month.

Pictures/videos would also be helpful

Thanks A lot!

well the 2000 QX4 should have yellow fogs already..... (like in my little picture on the left) its a white H3 bulb with a yellow lens....

the 2001+ qx4 has the white fog lights changing the bulbs to yellow in a 97-00 QX4 will make no difference unless you modify the lens.... one guy locally actually cut out his lenses to make the fogs white like the newer QX4's and WOW its bright, i want to do this too but havent gotten the time
