Question on brakes

1. Guys when I drive my coupe the streering wheell shakes when I hit the brakes. Does anybody know what that is ? I had the brakes pads changed about four to five months ago but I have not drove it that much due to it being three diff colors so I know it not the brakes. A little would be a little help.2. I hear a little clank sound when I push the brakes as well could that be the rotors or the stock oem calipers?3. last but not least my rpm tac aint working or the od

1. Get your rotors turned or new ones (new is my opinoin)2. No clue3. replace your fuse and or speed sensor
