Question on best rear end set up for a s13

Hey guys im not very knowledgeable with the 240sx but ive heard of many people swapping the rear ends because the 240's have very weak rear ends. I want to fully build mines and make around 600 rwhp to 700 rwhp its going to be a drag/street car. Now my question is which is the best/strongest rear end out of the Nissan swaps I can put in the s13 with better axles and the 5 lug conversion. what will fit with what. BTW I did search but didn’t find exactly what I was looking for. Thanks in advance.
