question on a car for sale...

i found this posting on craigslist and i just wanted to run it thru you guys and see if you could tell me if the price is too high or too low?? this is whats he's saying about the car(if you wanna see a pic, its at the bottom):

Im selling my 1992 240sx coupe SE edition 4500 OBO so it has a vlsd(posi) already stock on the car. I have just recently swapped an RB20DET and the engine was not out of the typical R32 skyline it was out of a Cefeiro (basicly a 4door s13). They are the exact same engine but the cefeiro had more aggressive cams and typicaly they come less beat on. My RB20 has 41k miles and the turbo is very fresh and there is no shaft play. I had it compression tested when i baught my clip and it read 155-160 DRY through all cylinders. Other mods on my 240 are...Brand new Exedy stage 2 clutch, Dual 12 inch flex-a-lite fans,cone air filter,255 walbro fuel pump,Autolite boostguage,water temp,oil pressure,and voltmeter,custom 2.5inch exaust(its not too loud but it really sounds nice). I have the R32 gauge cluster but its not yet installed because i have the heads up display and i would rather keep that.The car runs really nice you really have to drive in it to appreciate.. Im only selling this car because i need something stock again to get from work and back. I am intrested in some trades but only rear wheel drive cars. Damn, I'd say its a pretty good deal. Its not often you see something so JDM tyte selling for a normal price, 240's with JDM swaps dont usually come without drift tax.

more agressive cams? What a load The Cefiro engine is just as good though.

the ceffie does have a _slightly_ more agressive intake cam but iirc the exhaust cam is the same......also the ceffie ecu is diffrent from the r32, they dont interchange sooooo if you burn a ecu then you may be sol.
