Im about to get a 1995 240SX. I've read online how to do a A/T to M/T swap, pretty straight forward. A buddy of mine said that I would also HAVE to replace the driveshaft and the rear end, but in the write up, he mentioned nothing about it and havent read it anywhere else. I understand i could b/c the diff. gears are slightly different, but is it a nessessity? Would i have to or is it just an option?

YES you change the driveshaft to the MT one. NO you don't need to change the diff.
