question on 5 lug hub

i am trying to convert my 4 lug to 5 lug hub and this is the component i am seeking to buy.http://enjukuracing.com/ichiba...=2_33and the question is do i need a 5 lug rotor either from S14 or 300ZX to put the 5 lug hub? or is it possible just to get the hubs and put it on with out the rotor?

if your talking about brake rotors then ...., . If not, then clarify please.

If your using 240sx brakes you need 5 lug 240sx S14 rotors, if your using Z32 brakes you need Z32 rotors and backing plates.
