Question on 2005 PF throttle body

I'm trying to diagnose the issue of my car cranking but not starting. I get code 1122 which is electronic throttle function/circuit.

Are we able to open/close throttle body plate by hand which the engine is not running ? i tried to push on the plate see if its stuck but wouldnt move , not sure if thats due to it being attached to an electrical motor or not.

Also when i try to start the car with intake duct removed and TB exposed , i dont see the plate moving at all. I do however hear the TB motor (actuator on the TB) clicking and self testing when i turn the igniton off/on , but no plate movement. Are these normal ?

Alright the car is fixed and it cost nothing. I decided to take off the throttle body and found a bunch of gunk behind the gate (collector side). Earlier this week i was afraid to push the valve (gate)open by force thinking thats how its supposed to be but today I put some force and it unstuck itself after cleaning all the gunk off.

I feel stupid cus i was hearing the actuator trying to open before but didnt have the guts to force it open thinking i'd damage the actuator.

Well this story has a happy ending , thanks alot for the help here . The best part is dealer was avoided !

Note : I did have to do three "learn" procedures after putting the throttle body back on , accelerator pedal realesed position learn and throttle valve closed position learn which were real straight forward. The third is idle air volume learn which i had to perform about 8 times before the idle stablized and the "high idle" code (0507) went away.

There is two plugins to the wires that run to the throttle body 1st plugs into the throttle body sensor. Where does the smaller plug in?? What does these wires do???
