Question - location of refueling vent control?

I have a 2009 Infiniti G37S. Lately not able to completely fill gas tank, stops abruptly. Reading it might be a clogged vent control value or bad EVAP canister. Can you tell me where the vent control value is located? Somewhere behind the driver's side right tire? Thanks, NavyJoe
