just wondering, when you looked in the oiler filler cap on your old Q, what did it look like? I know this is suppossed to be an indicater of any bad oil change habits or sludge problems. I'm sure you checked. Mine looks very clean when i shine a flashlight in there, but thinking maybe that can be deceiving. Watcha think????Jeff

I would see blackness.... Also, when you take off the cap under it youd see stuff caked on the bottom

An amber gold is considered normal....

thanks wes,,,,there was no sludge under the cap when i bought it,,,,and the metal looks very, very clean with no blackness. there is a very nice amber metalic look as far as i can see.jeff
