What do ya think of this for a project?

i'm starting a new business so my toys have to go. this car is the ultimate starter project for somebody. it has a fresh transmission (less than 8 mo. w low miles) strong rebuilt lt1, rebuilt frontend, new bushings, idler arm, and 96 ss springs. it has a complete 95 roadmaster interior which includes dash, door panels, carpet, and dual power leather seats. billet steering wheel, clarion cd player, clifford security system w/ remote start. corvette fuel rail covers, sewer pipe, cone filter, tires have plenty of life in them, lots of new stuff on this car. i hate to see it go, but i need the funds.i can email pics if you need them. if you're looking to buy a 9c1, this is the one you want. all the bs stuff you'll hafta do to fix the police abuse has been done as well as the comfort mods. 3000.00 [email protected]car is located in dfw area

Hmmmm... That sure is a nice car from the pictures..... It looks like a good project, unfortunately Im not interested.... I am having a hard enough time keeping the Q in good shape, and I dont remember a time when I had 3000 cash available..... Sorry.... That definitely would be a really nice car..... Moreover, if I were to go D body (I think thats what they are) Id go for a cadillac fleetwood, but that has been done really nicely.....

Have you posted on cadillacforums yet?? Id bet someone on there might be interested.... Even though its a caprice.....

I have been talking to the seller, im interested in purchasing it, looks like a good project, I have looked into the Fleetwoods but they cost more than I want to spend, I really do like the lines of the Caprice, plus I can swap stuff from the RoadMaster.

Yeah.... I think its a good car... Sorry if I misunderstood your post :oface:

New engine and transmission is key.... The LT1 is a super solid engine, a guy on cadillacforums has a 94 fleetwood (same engine) and it has 283k, and he takes it to the track all the time...... Doesnt burn or smoke at all!! Hasnt had anything past a transmission repair and waterpumps.....

The good thing is they did all the annoying stuff first.... They put on the corvette dressup kit (golden) and they took out the stock intake (3rd base and home plate)...... Everything else is just added.....

If I had 3 grand, it would be mine!!!!
