QUESTION FOR TUNING PROS FOR SR20DET

i got a redtop s13 sr20 swap.. my buddy has a tuned ECU which mine is stock,we put it in my car,(which has a stock ECU),cranked it over,started right up but started running rough so we shut it off,we put back the stock ECU back in and it does the same thing,i checked everything,injectors,air intake,but on my SAFC, the air isnt reading which is causing my car to run really rough and rich.... we disconnected the battery to see if maybe the stock ECU would reset or and anything,NOTHING!!! im getting power everywhere except to the AIR on my SAFC?? any suggestions? ideas? thanx for the help

Maybe you undid the connectors for the SAFC.

you sure the MAF is hooked up right to the SAFC

that's the first place I would start. then start checking for continuity on all your connections back since you were fooling with the ecu and wiring harness.

sounds like u just got a faulty connection down by the ecu harness(process of elimnation)

ya im with da40 ..make sure you bolted down the connector to your ecu all the way.

why did you put a tuned ecu on a stock motor? If it wasnt broke what were you doing?
