question for those whom have tien HE type winding master coils

ok i had a few questions about these coilovers

i know they are pretty good, not the best things on the planet

so i was looking into getting some stiffer springs for them, maybe just one jump up i.e. 7k to 8 k

and i was wondering if anybody knew the diameter of the coils cause i hear that they make coils in 60 mm and 65 mm diameter and i was thinking about getting some kts coils

second, idono why but my struts make like a "squirsh" sound when i hit a little heavier bumps

the coils still dampen and still get stiff so im not sure what it is...
