There are some threads that I want to follow and click on the option that says "email me all replies to this topic" but for some reason I never get any email notifications when there is a response in the thread. Before I would get them but recently I haven't. Is there a reason why I don't get them anymore?

That has happened to me before and when I looked into it, it was my yahoo email account that was causing the notification emails to bounce back to the server. For my account, it fixed itself in a few days. I can email our server company to see if they are getting any bounces back from your email address, but it sounds like it's exactly what happened to me, and that is a temporary problem on your end.

I subscribe to all the threads I post in too and am not currently having any problems. I'd give it a day or two and if you are still having problems, let me know and I'll follow up with our server company.

I've been having the problem for like 2 weeks now. Maybe I should change my email from the sbcglobal.net to my blackberry email?

You can try that. If its still not working then it might be something on our end, but I suspect it's your spcglobal email that is the cause of the problem. Let me know what you find out.
