I'm planning a build I'll be doing of a 240sx next summer/spring.

My original plan was to get some Stance GR+PRO SS-D Coilovers, wide fenders, and 245-40-17 tires with 17x9 rims all around.

The question is.... would I be better off saying f*** the wide fenders and spending that money on more suspension parts and a bit smaller tires?

If I do plan on smaller tires and more suspension, what is the largest tire I could run without rubbing on a stock s13 in the front if i would go with a 17x8 +28 in the front?

you can get away with just rolling your fenders if your running 245. Me personally would get other suspension parts. Are you running any boost? 245 should be fine... but thats me

ha ha, I haven't even gotten the car yet I'm trying to figure everything out before I start the project the car will be turbo'd though, planning around about 350 whp

So I could run 245 all around with just fender rolling?

^^^

17X9+24 with 245/40/17. Cakewalk on a s13's stock fenders. Just roll 'em. Screw widebody.

you don't need the 3mm spacers and why would you warrant on using them. buy wheels with the right offset. if you are planning to kill the wheel gap with a 245/40/17, you'll need a roll and slight pull.
