just wondering if you guys have any info about eibach making sportlines or coilovers for the 08 altimas??? Since you guys work with them a lot i was wondering if you guys could ask when/if theyre gonna be making them? Thanks in advance.

in one of the previous threads, they mentioned that for now, Eibach won't be making Sportline springs.

Sorry.. didn't see this, and Johnny is correct, Eibach has confirmed they have no immediate plans for Sportline development, and no word on coilovers from them either.

TEIN has stated they are in R&D for H.Tech, S.Tech and Coilovers for the Altima, but no specs beyond that for now.

i just got the new tein catalog in the mail and the 08-09 altima coupe is on there which at first site made me freak out a little bit, but then there was nothing under products availible. i have to admit i wept a little.

usually Eibach is the one kicking out part numbers waaaay early and then going into R&D afterwards.. at least they held back on the numbers.. lol

Well between your original post and edit I think you answered your own question, especially having discussed an R&D vehicle with them. They would need a vehicle to work with.. hopefully they have found what they need.

I have not followed up with TEIN within the last week or two, to see what the status of their R&D is, or how long once they finalize a local vehicle with the product be finalized for production, but as you were aware they were actively working on it.

But based upon their application guide, and the vehicles we've been selling product for, would seem like a definite fit, I would imagine it's like all of us in the industry, it's balancing the R&D time for each new vehicle.
