I've got the block @ 90mm this time. I've done the cometic thing, and I don't want to go there again....so what are my options. I've googled for days and that's all I can come up with.

I've heard cosworth made one, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

If someone can throw me a felpro part # or something, you will be my hero.

Cosworth does not make anything for a Ka, which is a damned shame. Idk where that rumor got started, but i pursued it and it is false.

Should be able to go to Felpros webpage and pull up a PDF catalog or something with all their HG's.

True that, alot of KA-T or even 240 guys in general are too cheap to spend money on good quality stuff.

Ok, done some more digging and found a company called Gasket Works that will custom make any head gasket for you. They also (unlike SCE), say O-ringing is not necessary.

Anybody ever use either of these?

I've dug around felpro's catalog and there is no mention of larger than stock bore HG's being available.

I find this quite troubling.....what does everyone else use?? Are you all going with stock size pistons? Why is there still no aftermarket for the KA?

FWIW.....I went and ordered the GasketWorks copper head gasket. Very reasonably priced, supposedly re-useable, and I presume quick production (said he would make it for me this weekend on thursday). They have a bunch of thicknesses to chose from as well. I got mine .012" thicker than stock since the block and head have both been milled.

I'll let you guys know how it works out for me....surprised to not see them mentioned anywhere, good or bad. The company seems pretty legit, friendly folks too.
