I was curious about the transmission mount that I got:

Is it off center at all? I'm guessing it's like that on purpose but I'd like to make sure. Looks a little crooked when I look down at it.

VERY nice mounts by the way! Quality stuff.

in case they don't see this post for a while.

The transmission itself is a little to one side when you mount the motor in, and so that it is why it is off center.

I thought mine looked a little strange at first also, but it lined up fine.

Here is what I mean. The holes seem to be off center from the others across from it.

I drew a straight line from the center of the holes over to the other ones and they don't line up.

If I remember correct, the stock trans brace has holes perfectly across from each other correct?

I see what you are talking about, but if you move it to where the bar is parellel with your lines, then wouldn't the holes be lined up?

Sorry I can't be of more help, but I do remember looking at my mount and thinking it would't line up, but when I got under the car it lined up fine.

Well I can move it straight or put it against the wall it doesn't matter.. it still looks like that.

I'm not too worried.. but I'm just hoping I didn't get a bad mount.

we have not had a probelm with the new BLUE trans mount... The mount have have slipped in the jig a little , but I do not think it will affect the install. If it does call me.
