Question for all owners of 07+ Spec V's

A great resource for Nissan Sentra, Infiniti G20, 200sx, Pulsar, NX1600, NX2000, Tsuru, Primera and Sunny owners.

How does the shift knob feel? Does the positioning feel weird and awkward? If so do you get use to it? How does it feel against other cars you've driven?

Feels fine to me. I've always drove manual transmission vehicles and it isn't "out of place" or awkward. If you're thinking it looks like it may be weird cause it seems to high and floating and you are looking to buy the car, which is what I think you may be wanting to do.. go test drive one.

I also like the new shifter position, but you should definitely test it out first.

Only problem I have is with the clutch. Mine tends to stick at the bottom and I've had take it in a couple times.

A number of cars feature the seemingly high shifters, especially with cable shifters so commonplace now. I've never heard a complaint.
