well im just doing a bit of looking around online

this is what i found so far:

the q45 uprights are simmilar to the z32 uprights, i think requiring a larger axel from the TT z32, and that since they are similar the z32 calipers and rotors work on it as well, and if the z32 calipers and rotors work on it

then the s13 calipers and rotors will work on it as well since its all interchangable

and i think the dimensions on the s14 are the same as the s13 rotors

im like 95% sure that yes you could do that lol

maybe somebody who has done something similar can chime in but im fairly confident that it would work, if not redrill your s13 ones?

p.s. your car is very clean

why not just use S14 rear hubs and then everything is bolt on and you dont need to buy new axles

Q45 backing plates, Z32 NA/S14 5 lug hubs, Q rotors, Q calipers, make ebrake cables.

Or just run S chassis rear brakes.

Yes you can get the S14 SE 5 lug rotors for the rear and use your stock brake hardware after getting Nissan S14, Z32, or Q45 5 lug hubs.
For the front you need S13 5 lug conversion hubs or a lot of S14 parts to use the S14 SE rotors or opt for Q45 rotors and Q45 calipers and brackets (but use the S13 bolts on the Q45 brackets) for more stopping power while still using stock brake lines.

http://importnut.net/300zxbrakeswap.htm

Lots of info there on 5 lug conversion and Z brakes, near the bottom is info on the Q45 gear.
