Question Boost Gauge & Controller

After installed Apexi Machanical Boost gauge and Blitz SBC i-D II, somehow my boost show at 0 when idel, can anyone tell me why it happen?

Because you aren't in boost at idle. Depending on what size turbo you have, it might not spool for a while. On a stock SR it doesn't start spooling until ~2000 if I remember correctly from my buddies SR.

EDIT: Technically, you should be in vaccum, but that might not show up, depending on what boost gauge you have.

thanks, I know I am not suppost get any boost at idle, but not "0" kpa, either.. once I padel some gas it will drop down to 500-700 mmhg!! if you know what i mean!

Sounds right, it usually won't start to spool until ~2K RPM's, like I already said, anything lower than that, and it'll be in vaccum, or measured in mmhg.

not only idle, everytime I hit the clutch it will jump back to 0 kpa... I have couple turbo cars before and none like this! It suppost to drop down to mmhg just not 0, if i was right...
