ok... i am acquiring al the parts necessary for a 300zx front brake upgrade, and today i got my calipers and brake lines. now each caliper came with two copper washers for the fittings.....am i supposed to use both of them together when i install the lines in them? i always thought that you should never double gasket anything, but when i test fitted the spl 300zx lineit seems like it has to have both copper washers to seat properly... anyone know if i am supposed to use both washers on each side?

Obviously talking about the rear brakes....

One copper ring goes between the fitting and caliper, one goes between the bolt and the fitting.

Or, more clearly, put a washer on the bolt, bolt through the fitting, add another washer, then out it on the caliper.

i just did the swap. mine came with a bolt in the caliper were lines screw into them so no dirt can get in with a washer. you dont need this so discard it with the washer and just screw the new line in firmly
