Question about wiring harness
Is it possible that the sr20DEt wiring harness would work with the 89 240sx KA24E to KA24DE swap? I cant seem to find a KA24DE harness anywhere, but I found one for the sr20DET on e-bay. Would that work or am I going to have to find one for the KA24DE itself?

I doubt it. Then by that same reasoning the KA24de harness would work on an sr20det??? Dont think so. I have a 1991 KA24DE sitting in my garage. I would sell you one if I could get it off....I really dont feel like getting my hands greasy again. We only took half of it off. I may try. Ill let you know

A SR20DET uses a SR20DET harness. The only thing you need from the SOHC harness is the dash plug by the ecu. The DOHC engine harness dash plug doesnt match up to the SOHC dash harness plug. So therefore you need the SOHC dash plug and repining the SR harness to fit the dash plug. Sorry if this sounds confusing, and i dont have any pics.
