Question about turbo elbow

if i wanted to shoot my compressor outlet away from the driver's side of the engine bay, would i use a turbo elbow or flex coupling? which one would u use and where can i source it ?

n/m the previous question, figured out the solution. could just rotate the compressor. strange enough, the compressor outlet as it stands now would be shooting kinda up and towards the driver side of the engine bay
