Question about timing

the Factory recommend is 20 degree for KA24DE, if I put it to 15 degree, what will happen? running rich? sorry for a noob question..but could anyone tell me?

Spark timing does not affect the amount of air or fuel in a cylinder. Retarding the timing will reduce power, since the spark will happen later, at a point where the combustion is less efficient at moving the crank.
