Question about thread URL's

I noticed that in some posts, there are links to other threads... Can somebody tell me how to do this please? I have a friend who needs to see the thread about the 240 in the SCC mag. Please help!

The site uses frames, which keeps the same URL on your ISP...when you want to link a thread or something all I do is right click on the link and "open in a new window".

if you use the link I put, the frames are eliminated.
