Ok as dumb as this sounds - here goes.

My R33 GTS25m RB25 has 106000km on the odometer. I know in most cars the timing belt/chain is recommended to be changed at about 65-70kmiles. Is this the case with the RB25 and if so can anyone tell me if there are any specific pitfalls or quirks to doing this procedure?

Thanks for your help

Thanks for your assistance. I am not real mechanically inclined but i made a print of this so I can get with the guy that helps me out with the car. One other stupid question. Any idea what timing belt will fit the car ? Is it specific on the the RB25 ?

Thanks

once again thanks for you help. It is really nice to be able to talk to people that know something about the car and engine rather than just "shots in the dark".

Just one more question, is heavy throttle on line, are they a NICO sponsor ?

Thanks again for your help

this is true for that you will need to un bolt your alternation cause 2 of the water pump bolt are on the alterator also the RB25 stock oil pump is crap you should look into getting and N1 pump
