There are lots of variables tied to this question. You may want to start with statements like...wether or not your car is lowered or planning to be lowered. What are your wheel widths and offsets?

And then holy smokes, even assuming you could, why would you? Your speedometer will be way off.

I can only assume you have ride quality problems and are trying to get more sidewall. Or someone is giving away free tires in that size.
