Hey guys, I'm having a 1 1/16" 300zx BMC installed on my car, and for one of the steps, I need to remove the 3rd plugged hole on the 300zx MC, and install the S13/S14 flare fitting in it's place. So I removed the flare fitting from my S14 MC, but kind of scraped it a bit with the dremel. This is what the end result looked like for the BMC, but looked even more retarded.

It might work, or it might not, but in the mean time I want to know if any of you guys know the Nissan Part number for this flare fitting? Or know of any stores that carries it? I don't want to go and buy another BMC and hack it up again, that was hell.

This is how the fitting looks now. Might work. . . Or might not.

I don't know the part #, but there are more than one of those fittings in in the master cylinder, which means that you should have 2 left if you dug that one out of a 240sx master cylinder.

Edit: You can try the one that you already dug out, but do you really want to dig it back out of the z32 master if it leaks?

FRSport has what you're looking for.

Do it right. And why 17/16"?

I had a very similar issue when I was doing a Z32 BMC install. I went through an S13, an S14, and I believe a Z31 flare fitting. And none of them fit properly. The issue really boils down to manufacture of the BMC (Tokico, etc). In the end, I wound up finding a 1" Z32 BMC with all three flare fittings already installed and used that. I believe you really need to find a Z32 BMC and cut the flare fitting out of that to make it work properly. All the others I tried didn't work. The only reason I didn't try a Z32 was availability
