Question about the RB25 DET ECU

the question i have is somewhat simple i hope im about to get a RB25 DET motorset and was wandering as far as upgrading and all that just gonna be doing Injectors turbo and all that and the Z32 Maf thing im wandering is do you guys just get it sent to be tuned or do you run Nistune Board and if you run a nistune board do you go with the RB 20 ECU ? since there isnt one for the RB 25 i have searched and have not come across anything as of yet any help or info would be apreciated thanks for looking

if you run nistune you can use the RB20 ecu but you have to install an external trigger for the vvt. While on the other hand the z32 one has it built in but you'll have to do more swapping of the pins.

so i can use a Z32 Ecu huh sounds like it would work better than having to get the trigger and that makes wiring in the Z32 Maf a little simpiler huh? by the way what kinda numbers you getting from running the HX 35?

The website that I posted has some good information. I believe any questions you may have can be answered there. Well I was pushing around 375hp but I'm rebuilding the engine right now. Once that's done hopefully 400-450
