Question about the q45 vlsd

I am about to acquire a q45 diff. Is it possible to replace the vlsd with a Helical for an s14 rear such as an OBX, s15 orquaiffe? I know the q45 uses an r200 like the s14 but I cant find a definite answer.

I thought the Q ran an R230?

The q runs r200.only twinturbo 300zx had the r230

new question. can a s15 helical or obx fir a j30 diff?

not sure on the j30 but it can fit your stock diff
