Question about the P1145 Code.

I have a 2001 QX4 and it through the P1145 Code. I have read all the theads about this and I believe it is the drivers side sensor. My question is, I have a OBDII program(AutoTap) and when I read the code the description says this:

Code: Description:P1145 HO2S Cross Counts Bank 1 Sensor 3

Now, do you think it is the VTC sensor, like all the other people have been talking about, or could it be the O2 sensor? When I look up the code P1145 everything on the net talks about the VTC sensor, there is nothing about an O2 sensor. Does anybody have any input on this.

the description from the code reader doesnt sound right. i had a p1145 and it was the drivers side intake valve sensor. easy fix. find a different code reader and use it get a 2nd opinion as to what the code error is.
