http://www.spiralmax.com What is it? Does anyone know if it works it seems pretty cheap. If not this do you have suggestions in a similar price range

Don't waste your money. You won't find anything that cheap that will help your car. There are quite a few items like this floating about and all are worthless in my opinion.
