Question about the JDM half amber half clear bumper lights......

Im getting these, but i just wanna know if i gotta splice and cut wires and stuff ( I think i will have to since its a signal and regular light ) but if i do i just wanna know if anyone has a wire diagram or something on how to use it.

EDIT: Yes, plug and play. (I was thinking about the jdm bumper sidemarkers.)

I was under the impression that if you have an intact plug on the lights that they plug right in and operate fully.
