Is there some kind of vacume line coming out from the EGR valve?? I see somekind of line there and it is not hooked up to anything. Where is that suppose to connect??PLEASE HELP

yes from the top of the egr to the bottom of the other saucer shaped thing around the intake manifold aka the bpt.
