QUESTION ABOUT THE CONVERTIBLE TOP AND 5 SPEED transmission SWAP

hello there all nico clubbers:)

ok i just got a 1994 convertible i want to do a 5 speed swap. but i just got 1 question on my mind... all 240 convertibles came auto. and when you put the top down you have to put the car in park in order to put it down. how does it work with the 5 speed can you leave the car in Neutral or is there something else you must do?

Welcome aboard. Make sure you list your car in the registry and submit lots of pics.

This thread is very good for convertible top operation after the 5 speed swap. You just connect brown/yellow to green/blue and that's about it. Car thinks it's in PARK.
