question about the block

Im going to purchase a longblock for rebuilding, or maybe even a shortblock. my car is a 95 can i use the block and head from anything from years 91-98 with my intake manifold or is the block different in anyway i should know, like knock sensors and whatnot

I have not seen any differences that would lead me to believe that you can not use an S14 head on an S13 block or vice versa.

well it has been done already. its here I don't remember what to search for but its there.I believe the timing cover has to be modified for it to work though.

i put an s14 on an s13 motor last year. just swap the intake manifolds from your motor to the s13. only difference i remember is the valve cover bolts being a different size and i think there is one extra or one less
