there are many threads on springs/ coilovers... search

springs will give you 1-2 inch drop and coilovers a 2- 3.5 inch drop or more

in my opinion 240's look good on coilovers, save your money and dont go cheap

Depends on how low you would like to be, what the car will be used for, etc... Buy a good set of coilovers for quality slamming, and buy springs and struts for a daily driver with an aggressive stance.

yes, but the main thing im wondering is if it will drop the front as low as its supposed to because it sits up high with the lighter motor swap, or when i put the springs/coilovers on it wont matter?

when you say as low as its supposed to be do you mean the original height when it had the ka in? If you get coils/springs it will give you a lower stance no matter what.

Get the coilovers, they are height adjustable. You can settle the front lower than the rear or vice versa. The springs will lower it just the same, just order them for a 180sx or silvia, and then you will get the right spring rate for the SR20DET. BTW, when I ordered my coilovers, they asked if I had swapped to an SR so... order by your application and it will be fine. Get on the phone with the company you want to buy the parts from and ask them what they think. Or call the manufacturer, thats what I would do.
