I noticed that I get spark knock when I get to 6200 rpm and it gets worse up to redline when the temps are 50 degrees and up. When the temps are below that I don't have any knock. It pulls hard when it isn't knocking. It feels as if it gained another 30 hp or so. When it is this strong it will keep me planted in the seat through all gears. I live in Jacksonville, FL and I use 93 premium from either Shell or BP. The problem seems the same regardless of which of the two fuels I use. I thought about adding some street legal 100 octane unleaded to the fuel and see if that helped but just haven't had the money to do it. Has anyone else here experienced this issue? I get the same problem whether it is in stock mode or in level 3 mode.

Matt

Is the timing set properly? I wonder if the timing is too far advanced, such that the ECU can't compensate for it.

I had checked the timing and it is good. The spark plugs that I am running are NGK Laser Iridium IFR5E11. The stock number is 7994. They have an iridium positive electrode and a platinum ground electrode.
