No known issues and no bulletins I can find. On a Murano with memory seats the mirrors are driven by the Auto Drive Positioner, which also drives the Tilt Wheel. If the wheel works normally then it won't be a power issue. When we see both mirrors failing like that, it's usually one of two causes, crud or kids. People who park in tree-sappy areas can have issues with the motors binding and eventually burning out. If the ones on that ride are still operating but badly, spraying a bunch of splat-remover behind the mirror, followed by soap and water and then WD40, will often fix them up. The other cause usually means new mirrors. The motors are meant for intermittent duty, and they don't last long when an overgrown 8-year-old owns the car and uses them for idle-hands toys.
