question about safc2

Hey i got my safc2 hooked up but everytime i turn off and start my car up again it wont save any of the settings. Does anyone know what wire, or what would cause this. It just gets kinda of annoying after a while. thanks

once you program it it should hold it until you change it.i had my battery out of my car for a week and it keep the same setting. go back and make sure all the wires are connected right and the grounds are done right.
