i found a SAFC 1 controller for sale...should i go ahead a get it....

and if someone can school me about all this SAFC stuff...what all does it do(like tuning fixing air fuel ratio), what is the difference between the two(SAFC I, SAFC II). and how much would i pay for either one used....does anyone have one they can sell me

i don't know if this helps i'm going to run a stock 95 motor with a T3/T4 i just ordered, i'm going with either rx7 injectors or sr ones....will rb25 injectors work with my motor and set up....

i had so many links bookmarked but my computer crashed and i lost all my links, don't flame me just help me out if this is a retarded question or if someone can direct me somewhere...thanx

theres usually a couple threads per page about the safc in most forums. tons of info around

it can correct for running bigger injectors so you have enough fuel to boost

An SAFC can correct voltage if you would like to switch mafs or it can manipulate the voltage of mafs for fine tuning. It seems like the SAFC is a popular device to run 370cc injectors on turboed ka24de's. The only problem I can see with using a SAFC is your timing. By manipulating the voltage of the mafs to run 370cc injectors your timing is more often than not far to advanced to safely have boost. Drop your base timing back and you should be good to go (please check through the forums to find out how much timing to to take out). I hope this helps
