You absolutely DO NOT need an s15 core support to do a s14 to s15 nose. The core support is welded in place and has to be cut out and the new one welded in. The biggest difference between the s14 and s15 is behind the headlights on the s14 is solid, the s15 has holes for the back side of the headlight buckets. I solved this with a big hole saw. Take the headlight assemblies to the hardware store and get a hole saw sightly larger than the round part of the housing that covers the lowbeam projector. The very front outside corners of the frame rails (right and left) may have to be noched for clearance for the wraparound lights.
