question about s14 sr20det's t28 turbo/comressor

hey for those who has s14 sr20det notch top swap, or those who are familar with the subject

is the s14's t28 actually have a t28 turbine alone with a t28 comressor?

I always thought that the s14's t28 has a larger turbo compared to s13 sr20det black/red top's t25 which yield higher power...

but I was on heavy throttle's website and I found this

so what is it suppose to be? a t28 turbine or just a t25 turbine except that it's ball bearing instead of journal bearing?
