Question about s13 camshafts, Help

I recently did a cam swap on my 2k altima but could not install it in the regular 240 intake and 248 exhaust config because on my stock exhaust cam the end has two notches to rotate the distributor. But the s13 exhaust cam doesnt how are you guys doing the swap is my question? At the moment im running a 248 on my intake and stock on exhaust. Please someone help me out.
