Question about PopCharger?

I have not noticed this before, but recently I installed a JWT Popcharger with Z-Tube, at idle, and when I put my ear near the Popcharger, I can hear a metallic "ringing" noise, I checked the filter to see if its hitting anything and its clear, can you guys check too see if yours doing this also? Does the stock intake do this also? Could it be just that the engine is making this noise and its resonating at the end of the filter, or could it be something else, I am kind of worried.

I haven't noticed anything really with mine. Is it really noticeable while sitting in the car? Or is this just something you hear when you put your ear next to it? I will take a listen to mine tonight and let you know if I hear anything.

Thanks for the response, I can only hear it from outside when I am right near the Pop Charger area.

I listened to mine tonight and if you lean in real close you can hear a little noise, but nothing I am concerned about.

I had a loaner G35 sedan and near the stock air box it made the same "ringing" noise but it is bit quieter than my Pop Charger (I am thinking its becasue of the open design), my hearing is very sensitive :pface .
