Question about Parking Lights

Hey everybody, I'm new to the forum but I have been reading for a few weeks I have a question about the parking lights. These are the little amber bulb on top of the headlights right? Because I really want to change them to a red color and I have a wee bit of trouble finding them because of the part number. Long story short would these fit http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/RED-16-S ... 0284122223 and are they expensive? I'm taking into account that it says compatible for versa even though it says 09 and mines 10.

Also where could I find red tint for fog lights since I want the car to be black and red thanks in advance

I think most are getting Lamin X overlays for the fogs.

anything 07-11 is the same on the V. '09 will fit '10.
