Not if you have a sprung hub, like my custom clutch. Driving on the street feels just like stock.

Not if you've swapped a transmission out 4-5 times. After that it's cake.
As for the wear issue, I have yet to see any problems. Then again, I installed my clutch just a few months ago.
BTW, here is my clutch, it has 4 copper ceramic pucks with a sprug hub. It was made for me by a shop that specializes in heavy truck clutches.
