allright, I got my SR with a stock T25 on it, stock mani, Volvo front mount, and an HKS actuator.

Im running 12psi and its been running great for me, no problems at all.

Accept... I started it up the other day and herd what sounds like an exhaust leak or something. I checked out all my exhaust right after the turbo and I dont see were it could be leaking from.

Its making 12psi like usual so I know its not loosing pressure. Just doesnt sound so good when I get into boost.

Im also sure that driving it still isnt helping the situation but I try to stay outta boost as much as possible.

Does anyone if there is something with the turbo that could be causing this sound.

I wish I could explain it better but its hard to. At lower RPMS it sounds like a leaky *** exhaust, when I get into boost it shounds like a dremel tool cutting through plastic...?

I dont know. anything could help.

THANKS!

Your manifold to turbo gasket blew out. Very common...Just order from the dealer and get one from a 91-94 SE-R....The easiest way to replace is to remove the whole turbo assembly...Good luck....

do you mean my head to manifold gasket?

I dont know how b14 se-r 's would have a turbo gasket...?

Did you mean the main gasket that between the head and the manifold cause that makes alot more sence.. If so then I allready have a new one!

Thanks for you input!!!!!

the manifold to head gasket is a 91-94 ser, which you will need to replace the manifold to turbo gasket.you can use a 90-96 300zxtt,its the same gasket.

There are two gaskets...The one at the head which you should do at the same time. Then there is one between the exhaust manifold and the turbo. It is a four bolt hole gasket where your turbo bolts on to the manifold...You can use the 91-94 se-r gaskets for both.......

So I tore my whole damn car apart... I welded up like 6 different spots that had exhaust leaks throughout it.

When I was taking the exhaust off I snapped to down pipe bolts so I put a new down pipe off another t25 on it.

Discovered that its the mani - turbo gasket. I was just thinking about the TT and how it should have the gasket. Ordering it tommarow and all should be well.

I allready have a new gasket for the head- mani.

Thanks guys.
