Question About Manual-Electric Door Conversion

I have a convertible 93 240 with power everything but I want to swap out the doors because of the ackward seat belt location in the verts and the weight of the vert doors. I found a pair of manual doors that are the same color as my car for cheap.

My question is will everything from my electric doors swap over to the manual doors? Like will it be plug n play since my car is already electric and has all the harnesses in place already for electric windows and power locks?

I know this sounds like it should go in the vert section but I figure it could apply to anyone in a similar predicament.
