Question About LED Bulbs...

My previous car was a 2005 Chevy Cobalt so this is a HUGE upgrade for me, LOL

I tried to search but didnt find anything. If a turn signal bulb is 12v and the LED bulbs are 12v shouldnt they blink normal? I bought some led bulbs that say 12v on them and they still blink fast...

The are turn signal lights I assume??? I think Phenom had the same problem you could probably Pm...
